CAPTAIN – KC Caulfield United States
Keith Caulfield, known as KC, grew up in St. Croix, one of the US Virgin Islands. As a child, he spent many weekends on his dad’s fishing boat and later worked for a tour and dive charter company on his home island. Although KC has held a Captain’s license for eighteen years, he began his career in yachting as a deckhand/steward and has held the positions of mate and engineer. He knows the importance of a well-rounded crew member and a strong charter team. For years KC has captained both owner trips and charters throughout the Bahamas and Caribbean offering his local knowledge of these cruising grounds. His charter successes can be attributed to his enthusiasm to explore as well as his extensive knowledge of the best charter destinations. KC is great with children and has two boys ages 10 and 7. He loves fishing, shelling, snorkeling, and anything to do with water sports.
FIRST OFFICER –MATHEW McKENZIE United States
Matthew hails from the Great of Kansas. He developed a love for the water, boating and water sports at a young age, thanks to a family lake house. After hearing all the adventures from his brother-in-law who works as a chief engineer on yachts, he was intrigued and decided to leave the Midwest to start a career in yachting. Squirrel will work extremely hard to ensure the guests have the best and most pleasant stay onboard Never Enough.
ENGINEER – Matt Stallard United States
Matt is from Winchester, Virginia in the Blue Ridge Mountains. He grew up sailing in the Chesapeake Bay and sport fishing in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. After earning a degree in Economics from the College of Charleston, South Carolina he decided to follow his love for the ocean and pursue a career at sea. He has been on board yachts for ten years. When not turning wrenches, Matt enjoys being in the mountains hiking and camping, or on the river paddling and fishing.
CHEF – Jarle Saupstad United States
Jarle Saupstad is from San Diego, California and grew up loving surfing and being out on the water. His career began in restaurants at the age of 14. After graduating high school, he moved to Florida and entered yachting for a change of pace, but soon realized that his passion was still in the kitchen. He returned to California in 2010 to further his culinary career, and worked under three of the country's best chefs in San Francisco and Napa, later to go on to open what was awarded one of the best restaurants in San Diego, and receiving a nomination for "Best Rising Star Chef", by the James Beard foundation. He returned to yachting to work with his fiancé and work on a business plan for opening his own restaurant, and loves to create creative and unique dishes for all of our guests aboard Never Enough.
CHIEF STEWARDESS – Lizani Opperman South Africa
Lizani was born in Johannesburg and raised in beautiful Cape Town, South Africa. Prior to yachting, she worked as a promoter at various events, where she gained her excellent service skills. Her love for kids led to work as a nanny before joining the industry. Lizani’s passion for people, travel and the desire to give the highest level of service will make your stay onboard Never Enough an unforgettable one.
STEWARDESS – Lizelle van der Walt South Africa
Lizelle started her yachting career ten years ago with a sailing course in Cape Town, South Africa. Lizelle started out into yachting with the goal of working for a year after finishing high school . Ten years later it has turned into a full time career. She loves travelling; being on the ocean, and is a dive master. On days off she enjoys diving and Lizelle is also a yoga enthusiast and would like to work on her instructor certification. While working on yachts Liz met Andrew and while they have worked together for six years they were recently married and are enjoying their time on board Never Enough. Lizelle hopes to share her love of the ocean with guests and show them a great time on board.
STEWARDESS - Sam Kuras United States
Samantha was born in New York and moved to Florida as a child. She is first generation, with a Brazilian mother and Polish father, allowing her to grow up speaking three languages. She has been an aquatic performer for the last decade, and has spent the last 15 years volunteering with animals doing rescue and therapy work. She fell into yachting after an opportunity opened up from her fiancé, Chef Jarle. Her decade of hospitality experience allows her to provide exceptional service and wonderful memories for all of our guests on Never Enough.
DECKHAND/STEWARD – Owen Garcia United States
Owen grew up in Athens, Georgia. Before entering yachting, he studied business at the University of North Georgia. He enjoys working on cars, video games and playing a good game of tennis. He joined yachting in the hopes of learning the ropes and working his way up and to travel the world. He is excited to work both on deck, and in the interior to help make charters unforgettable for guests.
